That’s just not what I personally experience with chamomile, but everyone’s different.

I can't remember if I've ever tried it tbh.

It can't be any worse than Mint Tea though.:yuk:

It only relaxes me if it has something like CBD in it. CBD chamomile tea is what really gets the GABA flowing for me. Not in the way phenelzine does it for social anxiety, maybe, but I feel distinctly relaxed when I take that type of chamomile tea. The bog-standard stuff is useless for me, though. It doesn’t even relax me. So I use chamomile more for cleaning and (rarely) general essential-oil diffusion more than anything else.

It calms me down so I’m ready for sleep more than makes me sleepy.

The taste and smell of chamomile is one of the few things that makes me feel like I'm going to throw up.

I tried it.

Well, in the moment I think it made me feel a little bit more relaxed, but a part of me wonders whether that's just the placebo effect at work. Besides which, I'm often tired anyway. In fact I'm probably not the target market for this tea, being lifeless half the time already.

Still, it's a very tasty tea imo. I think I'll definitely take up drinking it on the regular.

…the ‘This Works’ Stress Check/sleep lotions and potions are excellent as well and worth a try as part of a night time routine…
