3 is the most realistically fit/healthy without being a gym twat. 1, 5 and probably 4 look like their GP will be watching their blood pressure once they hit 40. 2 is on his way there, or on his way back.

7 needs a sandwich, 8 needs five double quarter-pounders.

Hemsworth in Love & Thunder is on his way to 9 and has definitely been on the HGH and roids :joker:. Before that, like original Thor/Avengers era, he had (probably) just been intensively training.

Edit to add: A fairly obvious sign of this is that he slims down MASSIVELY between movies and then bulks right back up. Definitely not natty.
