Maybe Madonna… i’m not a huge fan but she’s been around in every decade since the 80s so she has a good range of songs

If that's your criteria, then you could also go for the likes of Bowie or McCartney. True, Bowie's been rather preoccupied with ethereal matters that go beyond our mortal plane for the better part of this decade so far, but Madonna also hasn't released anything since the 2010s iirc.
