…there are some very clear images of the throwers there and obviously there will be so much CCTV around the area so the police shouldn’t have any problems in identifying and charging them…

He didn't even check to see if the ground was clear underneath, actually brain dead, he could be locked up for manslaughter if that person had been in the wrong place....

That is insane, he's extremely lucky but I'm sure he'll do something equally stupid soon

Nearest thing I can remember to this is when someone chucked a fire extinguisher off a building during the university fees protests years ago which almost hit police. He got a couple years jail in the end but these kids are under 18 so probably get away with a slap on the wrist

A young man who in 18 years time could so easily have been standing in front of a group of children explaining how one stupid action can ruin many lives

No words whatsoever. I thought it was a bean bag at first.

Teens arrested after heavy chair thrown from railing of Stratford Westfield…

Two teenagers have been arrested after a viral video showed a chair being launched from a third-floor balcony at Stratford Westfield, narrowly missing shoppers on Saturday.

Police said a 14-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy were arrested on suspicion of criminal damage after a “heavy seat” was thrown from the shopping centre’s third floor.

Footage of the incident, which has been viewed more than eight million times, appeared to show a youth dropping the blue chair from a height, and was captioned: “No way bro almost killed someone.”

The video, filmed on Snapchat and uploaded to TikTok, appeared to show a second person saying, “there’s no way this guy’s doing this, oh my God”, before the chair narrowly missed a shopper below.

In a statement, a Met Police spokesperson said that officers from Newham, east London, had arrested two boys “following an incident that saw a heavy seat thrown from the third floor” at the busy shopping centre.

The force added: “They have been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and remain in custody.

"This was a serious incident and we would encourage anyone who may have further information to contact the police.”

These guys are lucky that they're under 18's.

Hopefully they will learn from this experience.

Whoever posted the video thinks that it's hilarious that he nearly killed someone anyway so they probably wouldn't be too bothered
