Far superior / more fleshed-out villains too... David Tennant was amazing in Jessica Jones, and Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin is a great villain - properly reintroducing them is one of the few good decisions Marvel has made in the last few years. DD was originally going to be a full reboot, VERY glad they decided on a straight continuation instead.

We'll just forget about the She Hulk hookup ... I mean I didn't even mind She Hulk, but Matt Murdock's kinky sex holiday episode was absolutely bizarre :joker:. Also they CGI'd his action scenes when it was the lack of CGI and use of proper stunt work that was part of what made DD a great series.
