Party goers start birthday task

Sam, Amanda, Ziggy, Gerry and Nicky began the Big Brother birthday party this afternoon and were told that they must have fun otherwise they will fail.

The fivesome, all dressed in their party outfits, screamed as they entered the secret party room to find cakes, balloons, a dance floor and a pool of coloured balls.

Big Brother announced to them that the party is "going to be really fun". Nicky complained that her dress was uncomfortable but Sam said: "I think I'm in heaven at the moment."

They all danced to a song on the stage and were then instructed to sit at the table and read out the instructions for the task.

Sam told them that they must stay at the table until Big Brother has had enough fun and there would be slop pudding for any housemates who were naughty.

She continued: "Housemates must have fun at all times unless instructed to do otherwise" and told them that if they leave the party at any time they will fail the task for the entire group.

After they had finished listening to the instructions they jumped up and started dancing to music again.

I'm not sure but they are playing Agadoo constantly and dancing is compulsary. The twins will do great in this task!

Yeh the twins will love it they have pleny life in them....not sure carole and tracey will be up to it, although tracey claims she can party for 3 days non-stop.....with the help of waccy baccy though!

BIG BROTHER’S eighth birthday bash has gone off with a bang.

Party-goers Gerry, Ziggy, Nicky, Sam and Amanda were called to the Party Room earlier – and were delighted with what they saw.

Samanda screamed and ran around the room like women possessed when they clapped eyes on the pink-themed room, complete with popcorn, fizzy drinks and a colourful ball pool.

They made a beeline for the ball pool and dived in, while Ziggy and Gerry helped themselves to sherbert saucers and strawberry liquorice laces.

The group were also given access to a dancefloor, complete with flashing disco lights.

“I feel like I’m six years old,” giggled Gerry as they held hands and jumped around in a circle.

But the endurance task began almost immediately - with an extra long game of musical statues.

The group were made to stand for prolonged periods without moving - to the point where Gerry was pleading to itch himself and Sam was nearly in tears.

"I'm not having fun now Big Brother," Gerry called out.

If party-goers are not having fun at all times, they will fail the task.

Can they go the distance?
