BBC News Text:
[The Metro reports on a rise in upskirting
crimes against women on public transport
in recent years.
More than 200 women reported
incidents - which involve people
taking photos or filming under
their clothes without permission - to the
British Transport Police in the
past four years, the paper says.]

…when has there not been a rise in sexual/violence crimes against women…when has it remained static or reduced…stop reporting these statistics and start reducing them…

There are two reasons why I personally believe we're seeing men becoming more sexually degenerate, and they do overlap with each other a little bit.
1. Andrew Tate's comments towards/about women is appalling. It's on some occasions leading to young boys into thinking that it's alright to treat women like dirt.
And 2. I think in response to people like Tate (without going into all of them,) some women (and some men tbf) do get defensive over the slightest things that some men have said, because of Tate. And to use a more silly example that happened to Marcello on the last BBUK, he made not very politically correct comments about women in the house and all of a sudden he was getting accused of being an Incel in some corners, and unfortunately worse that you can probably already guess. And btw I definitely had a very bad early impression of Marcello too, so I'm not completely innocent in that regard either.
But unfortunately some people are also just really perverted, and they will go to new lows because it might be their own personal kink.

Tbf to the justice system, how does it try to control men becoming more sexually aggressive in their pursuit of women?
I feel like this is a case where some of the parents, teachers, and even maybe Politicians need to take more responsibility with the way they sometimes talk about men and women.

…with a rise in crime, it should be countered by a rise in policing but as with any/all services atm, they’re being reduced…we’re living in a world of priorities being cost saving and not human welfare and safety…

That would definitely help.
But I do think that at it's core, we are just seeing more degeneracy in a lot of guys behaviour that even just 5 years ago wouldn't be so common place in society.
And I don't mean some whackjob evangelical homophobic thing either.
I honestly think that some (not all) but some men are developing the Andrew Tate mindset about women, genuine regressive behaviour returning to the mainstream imo.
I honestly think that the Police can only do so much about it.
…I don’t want to go around in circles with this, Mock…so I’m just going to leave it…if policing services/any emergency and public services are cut back then there will be less effectiveness…only so much they can do…?…so let’s cut back and see the rise in serious crimes happen ….’regressive’ is for sure something that’s present in mindsets but looking at an individual such as Andrew Tate to me is an avoidance of actually looking at what’s needed, which is funding…

My neighbours brother inlaw’s car got stolen in the night
When he woke up and found it missing he reported it to the police
8 minutes after he ended the call he got a text no sign or sightings case closed
The money is going on funding wars and keeping immigrants in hotels plus giving it to every other country
Is the rise in illegal immigration and the rise in crimes against women a coincidence?
I think not.

I remember Theresa May was quite passionate about this, but I don't know if she or her successors did anything about it.
It only became a criminal offence quite recently so this isn't too surprising I'd say. In some ways it's positive that it's being reported more as people would have been getting away with it previously

I do agree that we need a bigger Police presence.
