He is Metal
perfect for Work
Or in a World War 3
A factory of them Working
would be Fantastic.
No Bog Break of Food Break needed
Working 24 Hours Solid non-stop
then a charge is plugged in.

…they can tend to have work anger issues, though…because everyone keeps pushing their buttons…
they would get more work done if the robot could drive a tractor

"How close are we to this" - err, there is no reason this would ever exist because combine harvesters already exist, do this 1000+ times faster, and are already automated (they work like a massive roomba, essentially). They've existed for several years. A wee walking Star Wars robot with a scythe is entirely redundant already.

Those Robots armed
With a Machine Gun, can Kill loads of the enemy
they have no feeling.
Human Sharp Shooters
behind them.
Protecting them.

I didn't realise wheat heists were such a big problem!
Jokes aside: same thing. Why? Why have a human-shape robot harvesting wheat when a combine can do the whole field in a night, and why have a human shaped robot with a machine gun when you can have a drone doing ten times as much killing from 50 metres overhead. Inefficient anthropomorphising. There's no reason for a machine to physically emulate a human. Humans have evolved to be versatile - the whole point of a machine is that it can be designed to be specialised.

[Why have a human shaped robot with a machine gun]
The US Military is now testing them.
Yes, Armed Drones are also great
but they can not enter every place
