Brian's nomination dubbed???

Did anyone else notice that Brian's naked nomination was dubbed???

If you look back at when he nominates Tracey, you hear a pre-recording and his lips aren't in sync!

Am I on my own in this? If not, why would they dub it?

i don't know, to be honest it looked like he said charley and they covered it with him saying tracey, it would make sense if he said charley because what he said afterwards was more true about charley than tracey, in my opinion
