Sucker punching the man who gave her 2nd pick in the game show room. So easily forgotten because of silly words. Totally unable to accept his ways.

He did walk away when she was trying to explain the modern world to him though, so perhaps it was more down to his rudeness.

Still, it was an easy cop out, and if she had more depth would perhaps have realised she had an ally.

She's 21, and could easily have spent 4 years in the army by now, or had 2 kids if that is what she liked.

A young girl is 14 or something, NOT a 21 year old woman.

It was the way she nominated him - rubbing her hands in glee

Practically seething just minutes after she had supposedly accepted Mickey’s sincere apology

She even said that ideally him being evicted was the perfect scenario

It's true to say that she wasn't exactly spoilt for choice with the killer nom and that she can forgive while also still not forgetting Mickey's off colour remarks towards her, in which case, the nom is still reasonable. (Although to be pedantic here, iirc she didn't exactly forgive him so much as she simply appreciated the gesture.)

What I object to is the fakery. She didn't have to put him forward with that slight touch of glee about how people on the outside won't be happy with him, and also the comments about how him going is the best case scenario for her, etc. It's all well and good if that's how she genuinely feels, but then be up front with the man and stop being nicey-nicey to his face and giving the impression that it's all water under the bridge now.

She can forgive him while still putting him forward for the killer nom in lieu of not having had any unpleasant run-ins with any oither HMs, but her way of choosing him smacks of it being anything but forgiven. She's got it out for him now. Again, that's fine. But don't be fake about it and give off the impression that things are cool between you when they're clearly not, on your part. Especially when he seems to be making a genuine effort to right his wrongs imo.

Tbh, I think that the only thing Jojo was in the wrong about in the Diary Room was her arrogantly thinking that the public will be on her side against Mickey.

But tbf she is still quite young, so will hopefully grow out of that kind of thinking.

I would imagine Mickey has probably sampled it all by this point by the way that he has lived. :joker:

I honestly don't think he is homophobic in the slightest... I think he is just used to people that can laugh at themselves and are ok with taking the piss a bit out of each other. I think he misjudged her... Assumed that she would take it in good humour and give it back a bit.

I also think that he gives zero ***** about this show and just wants to get out and get paid and go home.

Yeah you just said that, fact is she still had that incident with him and she had none with anyone else so why would she pick someone else that she had no beef with (forgiven or not) over someone she did? She had to nominate someone, and Mickey was the obvious choice. Yes he apologised, and she accepted. It's *his* fault at the end of the day, she seems to be fine everyone in the house, with very little reasons for nominating someone, he gave her all the ammo to do so.

Literally meaningless; reading up on it it sounds like it was in public. Charges dropped and a couple staying together (they ultimately were divorced a few years later by the way) doesn't mean he wasn't abusive. Also;

"In her memoir, Carre stated that Rourke threatened to kill himself if she didn't marry him and that Rourke would often leave her alone for days at a time, while he would be out partying and sleeping with other women. They had separate bedrooms toward the end. When she threatened to leave him he held a gun to her head and would threaten her friends and business associates. He had the phones tapped, and hired people to keep tabs on her."

And he's pals with Johnny Depp. Guess **** clumps together.

The charges were dropped because his ex and himself reconciled and she just never showed up in court not because Police found that the original claims were untrue. Nothing she said was untrue there, all she said was he was charged with DV and that he made threatening remarks to Jojo which he did (joke or not)

I mean, all that's damning. At least it is if we agree to take unsupported accusations and extremely jaundiced self serving versions of events as truth... Memoirs are often full of bullshit.

Was he abusive? Maybe. Maybe he wasn't and she is just a liar. False accusation is as real as abuse and is actually a form of abuse and women can be as abusive as men (though the forms that abuse takes is ofc often very different). I am not saying this is her, I don't know her, but I am saying that we know neither of them or the real story of events.

But, going from the court case with Heard, in that case... Depp did nuthin wrong.

Okay, Mickey's homophobic comments are that of a dinosaur. I don't blame him, it's just he's a very old man who was born and raised in a different era, and he never had to adjust his way of thinking because he's old and rich and doesn't give a ****.

JoJo, likes to come across as a very confident person, but I think she is very immature and if anyone is sure of a nervous breakdown in there it's her.

I agree that she is probably very fragile under her public shell.

This is a girl that's been on TV since the age of 9, raised in the world of competitive dance and has been continuously judged, mocked, and criticised all her life, both in private and online.

She has clearly constructed this fake big persona to deal with that but the speed that she crumbled in the face of a joke does show that her defence is very brittle.

I know 21 is an adult, but not every 21 year old is an adult, if that makes sense.

Anyhow, I am not actually her target demographic by a longshot, her whole 'gaypop' thing is cringy to me, but I am gonna extend her kindness for the time being. I don't think anything she has done is out of malice or spite and she has been one of the more interesting ones in there so far.

So he's a wife beater too, probably best for him to live alone with his dogs.

According to Wikipedia he tried to help an IRA person flee to America in the 90's.

Which we all know is very morally messed up.

Her voiceover in the kitchen for Donna’s dish was cringeworthy
