I’ll do a new housemate to focus on every few days. What are your views on Trisha so far?
…I like her, I’ve always liked her…..I did like that remark with Michael/the Islamophobia remark but tbf, Chesney was part of that as well, wasn’t he…they were both taking it a bit too seriously and not considering Michael…but that one thing that wasn’t so good that she said, isn’t something that would overshadow other aspects of her that I do like…BB never did give us flawless human beings……she’s a bit ‘urgent’ and a bit, I need to say now and pushes before others in their words, you know…?…but then she is experiencing a very limiting diagnosis as well…(…I think…)…all in all, maybe BB won’t be right for her…?…but obviously something that she really wanted to experience in her lifetime…
Sooner she’s out the better .
If she’s gonna pick on people for the slightest thing it will effect the whole house until she’s booted out

I still like her in general, I find her me-rails more amusing than annoying
Though she was a bit of a ****ing wanker in last night's episode.

She's definitely a talker. I have a friend like her who every conversation is like an interrogation

I'm more neutral about her than I thought I would be, I feel like she could become a trouble maker.

I never ever liked her. When she had a show on Talk Radio, hers was the only show I avoided. A very boring woman so full of herself and brags none stop.
That said, her cancer is terrible. But lost of women are living with the deadly disease and not just her and it shouldn't stop her being evicted.
But back to her as a person, good job I record CBB. I couldn't stand sitting through her 'speeches'. Fast forward comes in very handy.:hee: :p

I do like Trisha and admire her determination to carry on with that horrendous illness.
However in the house which she has agreed to go in.
She is just another housemate.
Like all the others.
My concern when she went in was would she be able to not treat it like one of her chat shows.
Unfortunately last night and a few times previously too, she did act like she was hosting one of her shows.
So I hope that changes as she will end up rubbing up the others the wrong way.
She'll be a finalist but needs to be a housemate not still a chat show host and not allowing others their views and expression of their own personalities.

…yeah it’s quite intense, isn’t it…I know similar personalities as well …I mean, the thing with TV interviews and interviewers is that those who responding are actually receiving a fee for doing so…?…so that kind of interrogation vibe can work ok but not in a social situation and either people who are essentially strangers…?…it’s better to have those organic type chats that naturally flow into housemates opening up about their lives and experiences…
there are 2 sides really. There is the terrible disease that she has that i wouldn't wish on anyone, but, i can't stand her character. She wanted to shut down Michael without giving him a chance, i wouldn't allow her to do that. She constantly name drops trying to make herself seem important. I really don't like her at all

I absolutely hate her. I just want her out of the house and back in the USA. trouble is I don't think any of the other HM's want to be that person that nominated the old bird with cancer.

Boring, sanctimonious, and judgy.
I'm not going to keep apologising for not liking her as a person because of her condition. She has gone in there as an equal HM after all.

Unfortunately like Chesney so far she has been a disappointment, she has been very courageous to go on the show to highlight living with cancer and that is a positive, that said , I think the Islamaphobia comment was to get the Left on side, no one needs politics in BB, Chesney jumped in on it as well, I mean Michaels not an actual MP and his party is not in power any more so why the heck was he being asked about Immigration, when he was having a bit of fun and it was meant to be a fun task....Booo

Tbf she's probably as pretentious as the loose women but her condition is garnering her some sympathy.
Having said that always loved her show and never had any problems with her as a person.

She was off the mark praising Angellica as a pioneering black presenter on children's TV.
Andi Peters did CBBC a decade before her and Dame Floella Benjamin was doing Playschool back in the 70s.

I was liking her until last night.
She was awful to Michael and had an attitude through the whole task. :fist:

…no, I don’t have any problems with her as a person either and never have…I hadn’t really thought about aspects of her being ‘Loose Women’ but yeah, I can see that also…

Why let facts get in the way of getting some screen time

Not a fan, least favourite. Can tell she has a nasty streak underneath

Boring, sanctimonious, and judgy..
Always was and clearly is still.
So far she's a lot like what I expected. The Islamophobia comment was annoying, but I think she's used to being "the voice" that gets the most reactions in the room... and that works fine to some degree except the point of CBB is to see things we don't expect. So I guess in that way, so far, she's been a disappointment.

I'm leaning towards dislike at the moment.
She can still turn it around for me though.
