Absolute scammers!!!


I made the mistake of subscribing to the ChatBox ai free trial, it took my card details but there is no option to cancel anywhere! It's not in the iPhone subscriptions, account doesn't show subscriptions option and the support is ai generated sending you here there and everywhere.

It seems to be a common issue as I've seen in the Apple threads and nobody seems to offer a resolve !! I'm still trying to sort it out before they bill me. Absolute nightmare.

They were useless. They said they can't do anything until the actually take money and then I can call to get money back.
