Hoping Chris doesn't edge her out in the vote because of the sympathy edit he got today..

I hope not. I think Angellica is dead cert to go first. I think Ella will be next. Chris and Patsy will be close so hoping Patsy can edge him out.

Patsy only because I think they will keep needling her until we eventually see her funny non-zen properties emerge... the others aren't as interesting to me.

I don't think there's enough time to break through the one size fits all western spiritualism facade she's got going on.

Don't you think that she was harsh on Chesney though?

I just think Ella has brought it all on herself. I have zero sympathy for her, the sooner she goes the better. She adds nothing but tears and tantrums.

3 votes for Danny 2 for Patsy

joeysteele

All my 5 are on Danny.

I don't think he is safe at all.
With 3 going this is totally new territory.
Never had 3 going out of only 5 up.

JoJo fans will be likely voting for Chris.
EastEnders crowd will likely again vote heavily to ensure Patsy could be safe.

I think anything could come about here actually.

I mean.. a bit yeah.. but that situation with Mickey/Chesney had clearly been bugging her and i’m glad she got it out and that she apologized to Chesney after

She probably overthought everything and then it all came out wrong anyway

Both dyslexic traits

I personally just think that she's an unpleasant brat tbh.

I've tried to bite my tongue about her and tried to see the good sides of her, but she's just not very likable imo.

It was harsh and very cutting, we can agree on that. I do think the way she framed it was going about it completely the wrong way, especially as women presuming to tell men what a 'real' man is, is always laughable to me anyway. And I say that as someone who freely acknowledges himself to be far from a paragon of traditional masculinity. However, analysing the specifics of what she said, I see no problem in her nominating Chesney for essentially saying one thing (and a very noble and empathetic thing, at that) and then repeatedly doing something that seems the complete opposite to that and that demonstrates none of the understanding he'd previously shown to supposedly have for her.

She's singling Chesney out over something that none of the other guys in the house had also failed to do though.

Plus it's BB, Ella has to fend for herself on the Show.

But again, the crux there is that Chesney got her alone and specifically told her that he felt guilty over not having defended her in the moment. None of the other guys iirc went to the trouble of doing that and so it looked to her like he had an understanding of her emotional state on a level none of the others did. That's why she's singling him out specifically.

The problem I had with Ella's comment, is although to a degree I agreed with her he didn't do much to ease the situation, when it was getting heated between chris and mickey, it was mainly jojo that tried to difuse that situation, Chesney just stood there. But the comment on he could have been a 'man'. I may get some flack for this but it's funny how some girls say they are strong independent women who don't need no man but when it suits them they think a man should have stuck up for them being a damsel in distress, is why men get confused. Sometimes men stick up for women and women call it mansplaining or whatever, sometimes it seems men can't win either way

But my point is that Chesney isn't obliged to defend Ella against Mickey on BB, Ella is a grown woman and shouldn't be expecting Chesney of all people to come to her rescue.

Regardless of what Chesney is saying to her.

You put it across so eloquently.

I 100% agree with your last point in particular.

I may be misremembering slightly here, but iirc, her primary reasoning for nominating him wasn't that he'd failed to defend her, but that he told her he felt guilty for not having done so, only to then spend the new two weeks making crude jokes alongside Mickey's 'skeleton' in the pool area, demonstrating to her that it was all talk on his part. That was my understanding of her nominating him. I agree wholeheartedly that he's not obliged to defend her, and if she said that he is, then she was wrong to do so.

To me it just felt like it was tit for tat because Chesney had nominated her, so she decided to get personal with him in retaliation.

Because again I do personally think that Chesney making jokes shouldn't be worthy of a nomination, but Ella does flood the studio at a drop of a hat, so she probably does view Chesney as a bad person for it.
