View Full Version : Mission to go the Far away planet would need having babies on board

As it would take so long to get there.
So 3 Fit Young Men
5 Fit Young women
The Women would have to have babies born on the
Space ship
They would grow up getting Computer lessons
made on our earth.
This is all logical
As it will take many years to meet the 2nd Earth Planet
They will have guns.
For when they land.
As we do not know if on that 2nd Planet
The Humans could be at an early stage
of their lifespan.
Sign Of The Times.

No, it was a Debate
on Newsnight Last week
with an Oxford Prof.

Would take hundreds of years at least to reach another star system.

Also totally unethical to condemn people who aren't even born to life in a space ship

Would take hundreds of years at least to reach another star system.
By the time they take a full mission
It will be fewer years to get there.
And by having Babies on Board
They will grow up ready,
to land on the 2nd Planet
It will be important that they learn how to use guns
So they will have plastic ones to learn with,
that do not fire
bullets.

Yes, it will be strange
But the only way to go such
a long way into space.

It's not going to happen
As this Earth gets worse
You may find it will happen

I asked ChatGPT was the cost would be and it came up with $100 trillion–$1 quadrillion+
Rough Estimate:
Low-end speculative mission: $1–10 trillion (very optimistic and robotic or sleeper ship only).
Human-crewed generational mission: $100 trillion–$1 quadrillion+ (based on extrapolations from current space budgets and the scale of effort required).

Yes
An over-expensive view,
But we must build everything
to survive that long.
For the People of this earth
Our new 2nd planet will be our future

It would be easier just to build a giant space station, than live on another planet.

No,
as your food would
not be as good as Another Earth.
And you would not be safe

If I went two males would have to be gay
Because 1of me and 5 females
I think that’s fair

No either faster than light travel is possible, or we ain't leaving the solar system (ever). It's probably the latter, and that's probably why we've never seen/met any alienz (cos they can't leave their own solar systems either, no matter how advanced they are)
there have been movies that explore this very topic .
Firstly, you would have to include a huge crew to avoid inbreeding problems. 8 people wont cut it
There would be a similar issue growing crops
Just 2 issues that make it impossible

No Gays on this flight.

Listen chap the new borns some will be gay
So it doesn’t matter if we got a couple of gays on board
Hopefully the babies don't projectile vomit, or miss their nappies with their slushy poos. Cause that mess is gonna be floating about the ship for months.

Yes it could go wrong Ammi.
So a 2nd Space ship and crew
would be ready
