It is thought,
The Lady puts the Babies in places
with No cameras
All in Strong Bags
A Boots bag was shown
One Baby was found in Freezing Cold
In January
wrapped in a blanket
Police in East London are knocking on flats
to ask for a DNA sample, so long as you do not object.
I assume the parents can not afford to have kids
[Three abandoned Black babies,
named Elsa, Harry, and Roman, were found in
London within a few years.
DNA tests revealed that they were siblings,
abandoned by the same parents.
Elsa was found in 2024, joined by Harry (2017)
and Roman (2019).
The police are searching for the parents
of the babies and have offered a reward,
but have not been able to identify them.]

one of these babies was found in the street where I grew up, poor little sod. I hope they're all together and with people who love them.
If the parents couldn't afford to have them why not take advantage of the free contraception in this country? Instead of wrecking three little lives.

This is such a sad case, there must be some mental health issues, I hope they find her and that she is okay
There's been a lot of dumping baby story's over my 55 years. But 3 from the same mother/inhuman thing. Must be a new low.

The parents sound monstrous imo.
…there must be a huge concern for the mother’s safety…as Cherie mentioned, either in mental well-being or for her own physical safety as well and that she’s also a victim of something/some awful circumstance and crime and fear…I hope that it’s something that can have a resolve quickly and that it doesn’t become a fourth baby and continue…
‘The Lady puts the Babies in locations
with No cameras’
…I’ve been giving thought to this…if there is no cameras then how is it known that ‘the lady puts the babies…?….’….
…they’re said to be full siblings so have the same father DNA also…I was thinking about cases like Josef Fritzl and similar that we’ve heard of over the years…it could be that the father of the children has left them in that unlit place and that the mother could be someone in an extremely concerning situation…

They have a father too Parmy why is he dodging the blame here? The three are full siblings with the same parents, it's not random unknown fathers.

Yeah I think this is definitely a concern are they able to tell from DNA if both parents share DNA?

…I presume so because it’s specifically said ‘full DNA’ which would indicate same father for all three as well…I mean, it may not be anything sinister and I’m not necessarily thinking a male family member, but a ‘sex slave’ situation is a possibility that adds another layer of concern for the mother…and we don’t know who left them in that place that is said to be unlit and have no operating CCTV in place…
…yeah Cherie…
DNA tests reveal children left in east London parks have same unidentified mother and father

Ah what I meant was can they identify if mother and father are related

She's the one that dumps them, according to the article:shrug:

The article says that they were found in areas with no cameras and have not been identified - so how could they possibly know which parent dumps them?

I agree Ammi, that all three have the same father several years apart is an absolute red flag for "potential abusive situation", anything from basic coercive control right up to modern-day slavery. It could of course have other explanations e.g. the couple are addicts etc. although, I suspect the police will know if that's the case (as sadly would be likely that the babies would have traces in their system).

Honestly though I find it difficult to understand why people abandon babies in this way. If they simply got a health visitor or social services to come and see that a newborn was in unfit living conditions, they'd TAKE them away there and then.
Have to say it does raise the question of why they don't want attention. Answer is likely to be either immigration status, or outstanding arrest warrants tbh.

Yes,
The baby, is in a strong bag with a blanket wrapped
each time
The Lady or the Man is placing the baby down
Or both of them.

There are so many other places she could have left the baby. The one that was found in the park in Roman Road was left exposed, not a lot of people walk through it during the night. One was left on the Greenway - what we used to call the sewer bank but it's been tidied and tarted up now - but not a lot of people go along it, couple of dog walkers and a cyclist or two... Newham General Hospital is about a km, there's a fire station less than 200 metres away, there's a Rectory with a vicar 100 metres away. There are several bus stops even closer, a DLR station half a km away... a tiny baby wrapped in a blanket and put in a shopping bag is not going to survive long on its own and it's a bloody miracle that these children are alive. While I do have some concerns about the mother's mental health/whether she was in an abusive relationship, those concerns are very much secondary to the concerns I have for the children who were left.

What line is confusing?
Ah what I meant was can they identify if mother and father are related
…I would imagine that would be possible as well with DNA…but I’m not entirely sure I have to say…I probably used not a great example to my thoughts earlier in saying Josef Fritzl/and it being his daughter who was being held…it was just a name that I knew ….but it’s also a possibility…

…yeah they for sure would have traces in their system of habitual drug use in a mother…it’s something that I’ve thought also as a possibility…and the police will have information I would think that they aren’t making public…
What line is confusing?
