…:laugh:…well that’s a decisive decision, Mock…I’m definitely going to give it a look, it’s produced by Margot Robbie’s production company, I believe …who also gave us Maid, a series that I loved…:love:…it’s a dark comedy and has a very cultish feel to it and combined with the cast and the opulence of the setting are all very appealing to me…

…I don’t know if it’s your thing at all and possibly not, we obviously all attach and connect to different things in a storyline and characters etc…but for me, it was an instant connection which is what I like to ideally feel…

That's 100% true tbf.

Like I've definitely liked stuff that other people didn't.

It's the beauty of individuality imo, which I think that the Internet sometimes tries to make us all assimilate like we're the Borg out of Star Trek.

For example if you don't love in trend Show that "everybody's watching" then you're somehow an idiot according to Internet discourse, which I think is seriously wrong.

…I just finished watching the series, it was just a small miniseries…I loved it, I loved the female characters and the cult feel and how camp it was…a decadent ‘perfect’ life that was anything but…just a really easy watch…and probably a 10 outta 10 as Arista would say…@Benjamin…I think you’ll love it when you have time for TV watching and can bear to not be on holiday for more than 5 minutes…check it out, you won’t regret it…

My mom watched another mini series as well and said it was excellent, secrets we keep (or something like that) so I need to watch that too, good to be spoiled for choice

…:love:…I hope that you continue to enjoy it…I watched Secrets We Keep all the way through yesterday, it’s a good recommendation from your mom…I enjoyed it a lot…I wasn’t keen on the dubbing just because I don’t like dubbing very much but it was quite a riveting story and I’d definitely continue the recommendation…

…the only thing that I would say for Gav is that it is worth the watch as the storyline far outweighs any dubbing irritations…my OH had to pop out in the evening yesterday and found it really difficult to find a pause place until he came home, he was so absorbed as well…

…and yes, Kevin Bacon looks great doesn’t he…he’s been in a few series recently…there’s another one I watched called The Bondsman where he plays a dead person…he looks even better for a dead person….

I liked it over all, really ended up disliking Simone in the end. Such an awful seedy existence, for a bit of money and to totally lose yourself. I'm glad Devin left her behind for a life of her own. Shout out to jailhouse Lily my favourite character in the whole thing :love:

…yeah, Jailhouse Lily was a whole show on her own, wasn’t she and I loved Devon…I know what you mean with Simone but I’m assuming that at some point Peter will have another new Mrs Kell at some point in the not too distant and her fate will be the same as Michaela’s…
