How many cups of coffee do you drink a day?

Odd times with other people in a cafe.

I'm the opposite when it comes to coffee, I need a gentle walk up in the mornings so I always have a giant travel mug of tea on my drive to work, where as I could drink a coffee a half hour before bed and sleep away fine :laugh:

Some people can’t even manage ordinary tea any less than 4 hours before bed, let-alone right-before.

i never have trouble sleeping at night having just drank a coffee. For me it varies on how i'm feeling. I can have up to 4 cups if i'm in the mood.

I was actually properly addicted to coffee not long after graduating in my first job and they had a free coffee machine. I used to suffer withdrawal symptoms at weekends
