View Full Version : Do you think the more money you get the more "tighter" you become?
I dunno, if i pay for a takeaway, i wont wait for change, but since coming into money i feel a lot more "tight" and sensible with it. When i was broke, i didn't care, now (thanks to my Grandad) im pretty reserved with it.
I do know that I spend far more if I pay using my Apple Watch compared to when I have to part with actual cash !!

…nope….…(…in answering the thread title…)…
…it doesn’t sound as thought you’re being ‘tight’ so much as that you’ve now got a sum that you need to and want to consider more carefully in terms of how you want to invest it or how you want to spend it …?…so I guess that it’s just thinking of it more seriously than before and that’s understandable…and if you don’t have thoughts/plans yet for the funds then reserved is good until you do know ….its safe until you decide…

No. But then I don’t have that much to work with at the moment. But if I can help someone, I will. I like to be generous, when I can afford to be.

I've always been like Mr. Krabs from SpongeBob SquarePants.
I don't spend money easily.
