Of course it shouldsay "unregistered handguns". Our sports shooters have to train abroad if they can afford to. Sports people can't own a gun yet they seem to be freely available to the bad guys. I had a delivery from Amazon yesterday and the guy had to ID me because the package contained a "bladed article". Was it a knife? A Samurai sword? No, it was a pack of stanley knife blades. Shotguns have to be stored unloaded and separately from cartridges, in a secure lock box or gun cabinet. My local gun shop is like Fort Knox, good luck breaking in there. If someone steals a shotgun it's because it was not stored correctly and the owner is partly responsible. As for shooting birds and leaving them suffering, that person should never, ever be near a gun. A responsible gun owner would never... Personally, I shoot clays, never, ever animals.
