Starmer doesn't like punishing criminals it seems like to me.

if there is no room in prisons, they have to be released and this is one giant problem that can be entirely blamed on the tories for creating the mess

I agree that the Tories created the mess.

But Starmer isn't resolving any of the issues that the Tories have created.

And no, Starmer does not need to release hardcore criminals from Prison, there are petty criminals or just lesser offenses that could be released from Prison.
