SkyNewsHD Just went to an already recorded
Statement from Pathetic Kemi

Who said Danny moving is not about her?

I'm stunned.

I actually liked Danny Kruger as a Con MP and it's hard to see where some of the things he's really stood up for are compatible with Farage's Reform lot.
Although he did sound like he was moving further away from Badenoch's thinking.

Very sad to see him join this lot.
He was one of the better of the Conservative MPs currently in my view.
He will be, and should be seen as, a big loss to the Conservatives in my view.

Just about nothing is ever about her that happens.
She's appalling.

Are we surprised? The party is all about Tories seeking to distance themselves from the mess they’ve made of the country, they’re Tories 2.0 wearing a different shade of blue

MP's are in it for themselves, just like they are in the USA. I think there will be a lot more shifts in politics before the next election. I've never heard of the guy so I don't care what he does.

What i do know is that there is nothing we can do about it, so there is no point stressing over it.

I don't see Kemi remaining as leader for much longer

I think they need to be wary of too many ex-Tories joining or they'll just look like Tories 2.0 That's not what people want.

it's quite possible that labour split apart and there is a mass exodus to the new Corbyn party. Labour and the tories could be gone at the next elextion

Hard to disagree with a lot of his points that the brand is quite irrecoverably tainted now and their legacy is not a good one. A lot of current supporters and MPs stay out of loyalty to the history and the institution but that's not something that most people care about

He is Prue Leith's son!

The MP for East Wiltshire, who was first elected in 2019, said “the Conservative Party is over” on a national level and “over as the principal opposition to the Left”.

He declared that Reform was the “new torch of conservatism”.

Mr Kruger was one of a handful of MPs who met JD Vance earlier this summer.

He was pictured at a party with the US vice-president and Thomas Skinner, a businessman who starred on the BBC’s The Apprentice, earlier this year.

I've more thought too Cherie there should be by-elections when an MP leaves the Party they were elected on.
However I think it would be a pointless exercise in this case, as he'd likely walk easily any by-election.

I can't bear Reform.
I'm surprised Kruger has gone and joined them.

However others don't call for it seek by-elections when they've left one Party for another Party.
So under the current situation, why should he be expected to have to fight a by-election.
That's not fair.

Although I'd like to see the system changed in the future, that IF an MP leaves a Party and joins another, then a by- election is automatically called.
Then again there's loads I'd like to see changed as to parliament and its procedures.
