And in the latest episode of Starmer’s Stasi Britain, these two dimwit WPCs force entry to a private dwelling because a CHILD viewed a social media post and they want to seize her phone.
Where is their warrant?
Where is their common sense? Decency?

Disgusting. They do not have the power to push their way into people's homes, I hope the mother sues them and they're both sacked. The one in the headscarf was **** ing rude. I have never heard of anyone getting arrested for viewing a social media post. But then here we are in Starmer's Britain.

Msg to the 2 WPCs. 👇

Unlawful use of a non-warrant power under s19 of the Police & Criminal Evidence Act.

You were not lawfully in that house because you had no power of entry.

Girls, you’re in trouble.

They should prosecute the individual who edited the footage to bring distress to the two policewomen

I would like to see the bit where the woman gave the pair permission to enter her house. That's all, just that.

…my thoughts would have been to know a fuller context/story to that small clip, to help form those thoughts…it’s a great example of the dangers of social media and misinformation which is making it difficult to have any accuracy because accuracy doesn’t seem to be implemented so much anymore…it’s more about ‘influencing’ and slanting…and it’s become a very similar game with mainstream media, which makes it very difficult for the news seeking public who aren’t guided by political agendas…

The police should not have mentioned that in their update. Black belt barrister is on the case.

Thanks for posting LT, I forgot it was this thread.

Well one twist is who is now representing the mother

And that is very bad news for the DEI police..

Oh.. he's getting involved directly... So it's a grift.

I watched. He spent about the required time to get monetized as quickly as possible just mostly reading ads and through the police statement, but then comments... "But I can't get into it". Then he asks people to "please subscribe". Very briefly goes out of grift mode to chat more filler. Then dovetails back in causing serious whiplash with another long ad segment for an eSIM service where he complains about his internet going down. 6 minutes in and still no substance.

What he said that was "new" could've just been a tweet and so it was... but tweets don't pay the bills:

1970012268722262184

He had seen the video and there was no indicator they entered the property with the owner's permission. I mean, it's a thing that can happen here even with a full video. That's why some people talk through the door to police rather than open the door because there are circumstances they can use to justify entering your home. It's very hard to fight it after they have come in and found something.

Another odd thing he had said which set off red flags... "I reached out to the police for comment"... you mean the same police you're helping a hostile client to file a claim against...? That's rich.

I follow different trials and law content. When he comments on American news, I sometimes have caught his takes. They seem decent enough at summing up simple information for people not familiar with the details, but other than that he's doing what some other Lawtubers will eventually do to expand the grift which is take on pseudo-clients and then milk them for content. Unless he's known as a powerful litigator and not just for his charming personality, then I don't see how his involvement is noteworthy other than it increases his social media relevance.

A brief peak at Twitter...

1969779909284561287

1970184930471903498

He's riding the content wave. It's what his species does.

This one isn't related, but it made me laugh... the intense struggle... "Captain, please respond!":
