Liam's birthday celebrations got off to a slow start this morning with most of the housemates remaining in their beds.
After producing the weekly podcast, Liam asked the group: "Do you think I look refined at 23?"
While all the housemates wished the 23-year-old tree surgeon a happy birthday, nobody was keen to get out from under their covers.
Chanelle asked the birthday boy whether he was happy to be one year older. Liam replied: "Am I happy it's my birthday? No. Yes."
Liam explained his confusion, revealing that he was happy to be celebrating his birthday today but that he would be "depressed" come tomorrow.
He joked: "Two more years, and if I live to a hundred - I've lived a quarter of my life." Amanda giggled at his remark, commenting: "That's so silly."
Later, Liam stood in the kitchen on his own, eating his breakfast cereal. Talking to himself he remarked: "Come enjoy the fun, it's my birthday - everyone's asleep."
