Fry a stew-base from scratch every time I want to cook jollof rice. It’s better to pre.-make the stew and have it out of the way so you’re not frying for 2 hours before you get anywhere. …well, I’m afraid that I’m one of those really irritating/crazy people who rinses everything clean before I put it in the dishwasher…:fan:…I’m pretty sure that I have the shiniest dishwasher in town…the reason that I don’t like loading it is that I’m not very good at stacking and organising the stuff to fit…I’m also a hopeless suitcase packer…
