I thought that both made good points tbf.

Teja obviously came across as a bit more clunky in the way that she expressed her views, but tbf most people would on national TV, especially an 18 year old.

I don't think that she said anything that was really offensive, she just doesn't like Farage.

…I like Teja even more after her conversation with George…she’s 18 yrs old and showed a real engagement in current affairs/politics and today’s world impacts her generation and age group so much…I would love to see many more Teja’s with that sort of engagement…I’m sure that her views will gather layers over time as they do for all of us but the first foundation is an interest in her country/environment and what’s happening around her and she has that foundation to build her belief systems/principles/ideals on…an intelligent 18yr old engaged in and interested in the talking points of her country/and so many other countries…yes please, more Teja’s….…

Yes I agree, there's truths in both things they said, this is why we need to listen to each other and allow differing opinions be aired, that's actually the only way to stop things getting as bad as it is atm.

I feel the same. I thought she was sweet and grounded initially. Now I think she's read a lot of stuff on social media that she's swallowed whole and just can't sort out in her head. Shame.

She has not worked long, she does not own property, she has just started to
pay bills, she has been raised on social media that tends to, via algorithms,
affirm beliefs rather than challenge them, she appears very unengaged re the
problems caused by uncontrolled migration, she is 18 and can afford to have
luxury beliefs. Id imagine she locks her door at night and locks her car door, id
imagine she has a passport and has no issue with airport security controls and
im pretty sure whe would not want an illegal migrant to move in with her etc
etc

And she has no children to protect

George showed great restraint and should be applauded

Do you remember the first HLs show actually when Tate said his mother was Polish and he started speaking Polish to Nancy, she seemed a bit annoyed like he was stealing her language schtick (and also I think she may have claimed she also spoke Polish but looked like she had no clue what he was saying)

My pal used to live in Africa and he had on his CV he could speak Swahili - well until he went for a job and the interviewer said "I see you speak Swahili" and asked him a long question in said language - what he meant was he knew about 5 or so phrases - needless to say the job evaded him..

I mean, her worldview is 100% Bristol. An 18 year old PoC girl from here was never gonna hold views different to what she expressed.

I am disappointed that George didn't argue his corner more effectively.

But at least they both ended it smiling, which I can appreciate. I don't really mind what center left/ right views a person holds as long as they can discuss it civilly and not just spew hate and slurs at the other.

I don't agree with Tejah, but I still like her.

What I did dislike in all that was the way that Caroline dropped that bomb and then scuttled off once it blew up.

Also Teja "I dont think anyone is illegal" - so rapists, paedophiles, murderers are just people. And if she goes back to her flat and its been ransacked by burglars she shrugs it off?

It's ok to believe the world has no borders. Its refreshing, and would be great in the future if everyone got along.

The world's not ready for that yet, far far from it in fact, but if the youth of today with that vision can teach their kids who then can teach their kids then it could just work out.

Far better than warmongering

A 'world without borders' can only come about via a single neo-fascist technocratic NWO global state.

The only way so many people from so many different cultures will ever get along is if they are forced to.

This is not a fantasy that we should be encouraging in our kids, IMO.
