But yeah on topic, I do get a feeling she’s not so much a trouble causer, but wants to be involved in the drama to appear the Samaritan. She casually just edges herself in once the drama has happened yet won’t get involved at the time.

That is exactly what she is doing.

She makes every situation deliberately worse so that she can be the 'voice of reason' in the center and control everyone who feels obligated to show performative fake empathy.

Which these days is the vast majority.
