View Full Version : Christ, are we REALLY at the point where a corny pansexual joke is all this?

It's so pathetic.

A corny stale joke was made about fancying cookware and Nancy has to go into the whole muh identity was hurt feckin nonsense.

I didn't mind Nancy before, and I would have moved to really liking her if she had played this cool and said don't worry no biggie, but all this pretending that she was actually upset by it for the sympathy vote has put me right off her again.

It's very clear that Nancy has zero trauma attached to her being pan, and why would she?

Attractive white girls saying that are seen 99% of the time as hotter for it, not oppressed or attacked for it. She clearly has not suffered a moment of hardship based on her being pan in her life.

People shouldn't make jokes about other people's identity. They don't know each other, they've been in the house for a week. If Caroline didn't know what pansexuality was she could have said just that, she wanted to make fun of Nancy and she wanted to force a narrative between her and Cameron. She specifically posed the question to be about procreation to exclude Zelah after already joking about his lack of a male reproductive organ. Caroline is ignorant and she is not funny. As I said earlier today, there is no world where all jokes are okay, there is a line, especially when you don't know the people and what topics are sensitive for them.

I didn't say Carol was funny, but the joke was fine to make.

When your movement is working to protect attractive white girls from lame pan sexual jokes and pretending like it's some kind of evil to joke it has clearly lost all perspective and deserves to be lampooned.

I guess it’s difficult to imagine for us straight folk as nobody will randomly say to a straight guy “ look at you fancying a woman … eh eh nudge nudge wink wink “

Yet throughout history people with a sense of humour also have had to ability to not take themselves way too seriously and be able to laugh at themselves.

Sadly this whole series so far is all about sexuality. You are who you are, just be proud of it and stand up for yourself and stop being so over sensitive and playing the victim.
I'm sure it was last year someone male was called too masculine...I didnt see him run crying to the Diary room.
I know there is still ignorance in the world but when you tell everyone you used to be a woman its natural for you to then visualise that person as he would have been as a woman. If I am honest if Zaleh had never said anything I don't think anyone would have a clue because he is a handsome young man to me...but now I know I look at him in a different way as anyone would. It does not mean I would treat him any different...its just human nature.

BB need to get more games going and lets have a bit of different drama...because all this shite is doing my head in and putting me off from watching.

Agree with all the say here, but especially this.

It feels like they are being directed to have these forced staged conversations.

I am so bored of being lectured.

See how Carol took the joke of 'knocking you straight into a ****ing care home"?, clearly taking the piss out of her age?

Interesting how Sam laughed at that like a braying donkey, yet got so upset because someone mocked his affected mannerisms.

Upset by a corny joke she has probably heard a 100 times before from someone she professes to like....okay

Yeah no sense of self awareness at all, its all about themselves and their feelings, I can tell you now if Jenny imitated Ganis accent in the DR like he did hers funny and all as it was all hell would have broken loose

BB would be droning on about offending the viewing public and she would have been warned

The ones who preach this are always the first to be nasty and judgemental of others they simply disagree with

Nancy wanted to steal Zelah's sympathy vote.

I'm adamant about it.

I think you are correct, but I don't think she was out for that at the start... I think as people (Fey, etc) kept over reacting and treating it like a huge issue she woke up to it (so to speak) and started to enjoy the attention and potential camera time and happily leaned into it.

It was the same as when Charley didn't mind Emily saying the N word really until Shabs etc started to make a big deal about it and then she got more and more offended as it went on.

Victimhood and sympathy is a hell of a drug.

Oh Feyisola always likes to dictate what people can and can't say, and how they should feel.

Tbh her eviction really wouldn't be a bad thing for the Show at all.

Facts
:clap1:

Zelah is a good looking guy,I never once clocked him as trans , until he kept mentioning it .

I'm surprised Marcello got away with his ' campenstein' comment last year seen as everything is seen as ' offensive' these days :bored: ,as vile horrible Dean tried to push the " homophobic" narrative onto Marcello :suspect:. I wonder if Dean put on the crocodile tears ,I guess it would have been game over for Marcello.

itv this year with BB has gotten so much worse , it feels unwatchable now.
