One of the biggest mistakes ITV have done with BB, and they know it.

Yeah I just really don't understand how it became a thing in the first place, like how did this get past multiple levels of production staff. They should have a small focus group of viewers to test ideas with because so many of their twists are just immediately hated by basically everyone

I just don't understand how the show can go back on a basic fundamental of the premise: housemates can't just leave the house and see all of the goings-on, gauge who's popular with the public, see who's nominated who, and then go back in :shrug: I get that it was unfair to evict her on launch night but once it's done it's done. There was huge uproar when Nikki went back in BB7 and - with all due respect - I severely doubt Emily is going to be even a 100th of the housemate she was to make it worthwhile.

Should have both been housemates from a previous series.

Yeah, their production team have a lot to answer for this year. Especially knowing it would be up against The Traitors too.

What's the difference between Emily or Farida going in though? They have both been able to view public opinions etc, it doesn't really matter whether they were from this series or not. I'm not particularly a fan of twists like this either but it's actually more "fair" that Emily gets a chance since she was never even evicted by the public whereas Farida already was once
