View Full Version : "No Way, We Do The Shopping List Together..."

"Well we haven't done before"

"Well, yeah, we have a system..."

The 'system' being that Chairman Fey runs it and everyone else does what they are told.

Can we just get her and her Party lickspittles out right now? They have killed the energy in this house since day one and clearly are authoritarian control freaks (as usual though dressed up in a cuddly 'progressive values' skinsuit). They have destroyed this series with their nonsense.

And WTF Cam... A 'coup'? Pick your side in this wisely I think.

Protect Caroline at all costs, because even if you don't like her she is better then this shower of wannabe Stalins.

Yeah, I’m fully here for Caroline to stay in that house until the final and will be voting to save her when she’s inevitably put up for eviction.

She told Elsa that she wanted to do the shopping list to **** everyone up.

I’m all for keeping Caroline in there for the drama but let’s not pretend she was trying to help.

Wasn’t the premise of your op that Caroline wasn’t allowed to do the shopping? A dig at the responsible ones that actually have a system to feed them for a week?

Yes, my OP was about how a small group of the HMs have excluded others in this.

I didn't mention Carol's motives at all though. I get she isn't trying to help... She is trying to spice it up and kick back against the oppressive and really boring tyranny of Chairman Fey.

Say what you told, do what you are told, eat what you are told.

Honestly, it's like some people want a dead series.

I understand that those that cook will think of things to include in the shopping that those that don't cook would not think of.
Caroline saying she was going to do the shopping list knew it would cause a reaction. Tbf she got the very reaction she suspected and that was Zelah 'having' to run it past King pin Feysola.
When you are in a group scenario its only fair to include everyone..let the cooks pick necessities and then allow everyone to have something of what they want. Zelah should have put this to Caroline instead of reacting against it and running to Feysola to get her 'permission'.

Ok cool

Think they wanted to be grown ups and get food to feed themselves. Nothing wrong with that. They were all there doing the shopping. Can’t see your issue?

As Glenn's pointed out, Caroline openly admitted to just wanting to meddle and interfere and screw things up and I cannot imagine being quite so tediously immature.

Glenn.

You haven’t explained what your issue actually is. We’re not mind readers. You’re pissed off because Caroline didn’t get the **** up the shopping list?

I find it interesting that you made another post about BB wasting points of conflict and drama when allowing Caroline to do the shopping list would have delivered exactly that...

You clearly want a more interesting show than what we right now as well, yet when a HM wants to shake things up you call it tedious.

Not having a go at you, because I agree with your other post, I just think the house needs more happening and at least Caroline wanted to shake it up.

Glenn.

If she wanted control of the shopping then she should have bought the opportunity with her eyes. She didn’t.

Her attitude towards the whole thing was ridiculously entitled. They all sat and did the shopping. Her sulking in the bedroom then coming out asking, have you got your stuff yet’ was so immature.

She didnt want to screw it up...she simply wanted to do it in the knowledge that it would probably piss them off as the little group seem to think its their domain. Well it isn't. She has every right to want to do it and for whatever reason. I thought it was fair for her to do it with Nancy and then everyone could request what they wanted.
Feysola couldn't get in there fast enough to take control in the knowledge that Caroline had expressed a want to do it.

Feysola is a control freak and deliberately took control...she just showed her true colours with an equal amount of immaturity by not allowing Caroline to do it.

Feysola knew she wanted to do it but equally immaturely made sure she didn't.

She literally said wanted to do it to “**** everyone up”

Her words.

Making sure everyone is fed properly is immature now? Maybe if Caroline wasn’t so immature they’d let her have more input?

Would you let a child do your weeks shopping?

Why don't they do it together? How it's supposed to be.

Yeah she was just on the wind up really saying she'd **** it up, it worked as well because they were so panicked about it

It actually did serve it's purpose, you are right.

I think a lot of people who didn't get it before saw Fey and Ze and how they control the house 'for the good of all'.

Its a pretty pathetic stance. Caroline is I am sure capable of putting a shopping list together. We are not talking Elsa here who cant even cut her food up on a plate.
Caroline may show some immaturities...but then so does Feyshola. Maybe it might have been a little more mature of Feyshola to let her have a go at it.

They hopefully have a system by now

Get all the necessities sorted then take it in turns to choose what they want until the money has gone… at least that way if they overspend then they will hopefully all have a few things to look forward to

Fine...but if someone wants to do it for a change for whatever reason then they should be allowed to do it.
When Feyshola leaves (hopefully soon) then someone will have to do it anyway.
Anyway this week will be interesting with Farida taking over the cooking...Caroline can sit back and watch.
