is reverse ferret an insider?

does anybody know if she/he actually is? because she/he only reveals info about 5 hours before it actually happens, and if i was an insider, i would well go overboard, and tell all weeks before! what do we think, im unsure because how come he/she hasnt revealed all about this 'mass eviction'???
