No need for a Merge
He is British
No need for a Merge
He is British
…I meant because of the ‘released in error’ /not because of a nationality…that’s three offenders in a few days, it’s becoming habit forming and a daily occurrence…?..

Especially with a picture for the public.

…it absolutely is fine….the prisoner #56758 for the thread title hopefully showed I wasn’t being serious about the thread merger …but it is seriously worrying with so many ‘released in errors’ being reported right now…

Finding all this hard to believe, it sounds like back handers or sympathisers?
Stringent new measures were put in place ....looks like they need to be looked at again

I'm less worried about someone convicted of fraud than I am about someone on the sex offenders register convicted of trespass with intent.

How can this happen 3 times in two weeks?
What’s worrying, is it probably happens more often than we know, just not reported.

Is to change to Digital
Also, the Labour Party are in charge now

It was done with pen and paper for years and years... Digital never goes wrong, does it. Never ever.....

We were told everything about Billy as soon as he was out even down to the fact he liked fish and chips. The Algerian though, was out for a week before the press were informed and they had to fight to get a photo. They think we're all idiots.

William Smith, 35, who was jailed for fraud on Monday but then released later the same day, handed himself back in to the prison on Thursday.
Flip sake.

There were 262 prisoners released in error in the year leading up to March 2025, according to the latest data for England and Wales.
Of those, 233 were let go from prisons and 29 from courts.
That is more than double the 115 mistaken releases the previous year
Labour can't fix problems.
