The alarm usually goes off between 9 and 10 regardless of what time they went to bed....letting them lie into 1pm means they'll be full of energy tonight!

it was because they went to bed very late and because of the major row between gerry and charley. it was thought a decent nights sleep might help to settle them a bit.
