I wasn't aware he'd been charged with anything, I just thought he was considered a pest and a pariah now that television viewing has become a bit more...safe and parochial again, in much the same way that Benny Hill was cancelled in the early nineties for his raunchy humour by 'right-on' comedians like Ben Elton.
