View Full Version : CBB will NOT be returning in March
Oh dear, coupled with the L&L decision this feels like ITV are slowly trying to kill off BB. I don't quite buy that they are 'still committed' to the show until I see something concrete

Fear so. They've opened applications which gives me some confidence but they can easily just scrap those

I still reckon we'll get a normal series next year. Late & Live axe was completely understandable, nobody was watching it. Main show still big enough for ITV2 to continue.
It's not an ITV 1 type of show. I think it will eventually end up an online only type of show

Hopefully the switch is back to January and move regular BB back toward the summer

They need to put all the budget into making the main show enjoyable to watch.
I can see them really struggling to cast people for it at this point.

CBB should be in January. And leave BB for the summer.

Wouldn't it be fantastic to have it like this again just like the good old days, Unfortunately I think love island being on in the summer means that will never happen

ITV killed it
They're doing the same thing with IAC.
The current people running ITV don't understand how to make an entertaining Reality TV Show.

I will just roll my eyes and yawn when that predictable headline happens. Because we all know it will be for about 5 mins, until another channel or production team gets their claws into BB  .

Wont be back until 2027!
I doubt it will even be back then. I reckon one more civilian series in autumn and then the axe will be confirmed

Im not sure we’ll even get another civilian one.

No loss nowadays, the days of normal civilian housemates are long gone
I much prefer the Celeb Big Brother option

ITV Celeb BB has been even worse than civilian imo. Having said that, barring one or two each series, the celebs now are so bottom of the barrel that tbh I'm not sure I even see much difference between civilian and celeb BB anyway.

That's what happens when Caroline doesn't make the finale :idc:
They are doing auditions for the next civilian series which is a good sign but they could always still pull the plug I suppose

If BB gets cancelled again then it really may as well just be a hockey puck.
It's been rubbish on ITV anyway. They were over ambitious and the ITV casting does not suit the type of show CBB is. They are unwilling to cast controversial people, which C4 and C5 CBB both thrived on.

I don't get all the hype with love island, BB is 1,000 times better.

Tbh...these 'celebs' are too scared of their own shadow. Too scared they might slip up and have their reputation damaged. The last one was pretty dull tbh.

Drop an Older USA Star in there
that would spice it UP
