We should always be made aware when something is not coming from a human. AI is scary the amount of places it's used now. Pretty soon rich employers will be so much richer because they'll be able to keep up output without paying workers. Who's going to buy the products when no one has a job?

100%
I'm sick enough of it constantly being tried to be automatically installed with every software update on my phone, let alone without it being used to nullify actual journalism. Especially given how prone it is to error... not that humans aren't of course, but it's so depressing how tech moguls are eager to replace everything good about the internet (free information, open communication, honest product reviews, far-reaching search engines) with ads, AI, and clickbait garbage.
I think everyone would benefit immensely from not concentrating on news. I learnt this lesson during covid. News isn't news any more, it's a tool to manipulate the public through anger generation. It's made obvious over and over again, and people still fall for it. It really doesn't matter if it's AI generated or not

[It really doesn't matter if it's AI generated or not ]
No harm in saying so, then.

AI is getting far too realistic looking , dread to think what will happen. I hate how job websites use lazy AI to sift through applications..... there's less and less human interactions.
