[Lack of the full staff,
meant that fixing the problem was delayed
As this first started last night.

Around 6 hours delays

One Tunnel is now taking some passengers,
But of course, many wanted to be there for the
New Year Celebrations.

Some went to try to book a Flight into the EU
but the price went up to over £600
As they have to pay some workers who were
also on a break, to come back.

No,
Bad Luck that one long train
broke down

Then there was a Power Outage

All trains now running, but with long delays

Having less staff to fix problems - is their problem

The Good Old Independent Travel Writer
confirmed it all on BBC AM

they get quite a few power failures on that line. It's really not unusual
