[Callum Turner as Major John 'Bucky' Egan in the
Apple TV show Masters Of The Air]
He is aged 35
[Sources have told The Mail on Sunday that
Callum Turner – the bookies' odds-on favourite to
take over from Daniel Craig – has been telling
friends the role is his.
One source close to the Fantastic Beasts
star said: 'He's been blabbing all over town.
Callum is the new Bond, it's been confirmed.
Everyone in his circle is talking about it.
It's the worst-kept secret going.']

Henry Cavill is the smart and obvious choice. And he looks like a man, not a boy. Tom Hardy would have been perfect, but I doubt he'd want it.
Glenn.

I’m sure people are just thrilled that he isn’t black.

I've seen much worse in fiction in recent times.

I do believe it's an established fact in Ian Fleming's original works that James Bond has eyes like piss holes in the snow.
In all seriousness, the baby faced image shown in this thread is not kind to the actor and his potential for playing Bond. A quick google shows me he's grown to look more befitting of what you'd expect a James Bond to look like. In fact, he has a slight touch of Hoagy Carmichael about him. And Carmichael is the comparison Fleming has one or two of his female characters make when remarking upon Bond's looks in the original novels.

I thought they said that Aaron Taylor Johnson guy was the new bond?!:conf: , again another underwhelming choice ..but whatever.
But this guy I have no clue who he is ,I swear these casting choices are devolving :idc: .

Didn't that already happen years ago as some spin off ,I don't think it did very well.

Or the trans option
Jamie Bond
…I like Callum Turner, I think he’ll be a good 007…wasn’t he in Fantastic Beasts…?…which is interesting because I don’t think that he’ll give the role a ‘gritty’ feel like Daniel Craig did, I think he’ll be more similar to Eddie Redmayne in Jackal, they both have as similar vibe and presence, I think…and Eddie was excellent as the Jackal, I think Callum will also be a great Bond…

I always thought Gerard Butler would have been perfect, very manly,Scottish and looks good,he was inline a few years back but think he had other commitments, but maybe he is too old now, shame as I might have watched it then, lol, lol.but not too keen on the one thats been picked. Tom hardy would have been good :wavey:

Gerard Butler would have been perfect. I like Daniel Craig but I never felt his heart was in it, it was like he was doing it against his will.

I swear she was supposed to be an agent like James, but not sure they were related.
Ok so I can't find the film, now I feel like I went through the Mandela effect :skull: :conf:,I could have sworn I saw a clip of a female bond from years ago .
But anyway this about a female bond character that was created for comics
