On Netflix tonight, they say who is up for this award.
[The Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards have
officially been renamed
"The Actor Awards" presented by SAG-AFTRA,
a change that will take effect starting
with the 2026 ceremony.]
[It is still actors honoring actors, with winners voted
on by the union's large membership
of over 160,000 performers.
The awards continue to recognize achievements
in both film and television performances.
The prestige and legacy of the awards remain the same]
[The rebrand comes ahead of the 32nd edition
of the star-studded ceremony,
which is set for 1 March 2026.]
