Do you think that you would've been able to guess the Traitors this year?

Hypothetically speaking, if you were a Faithful in this series of The Traitors, do you think that you would've been able to guess all four Traitors?

Because it's easy for us watching the Show wondering how the Traitors aren't getting caught etc. But if you were to put yourselves in their shoes, do you think that you would've done any better?

If I'm being honest, I think that I would've gotten three of them this series as certs in my mind. They are Stephen, Hugo, and Fiona.

My reasons:
Stephen - For having a Novel's worth of evidence stacked against him.

Hugo - For being incredibly obvious, with all due respect.:laugh:

Fiona - For her concentrated attack on Rachel.


If I were to be suspicious of a fourth Traitor, knowing how my mind tends to work, I think that I would've looked at one of Matthew, Ellie, or Rachel, and I probably would've leaned into thinking Ellie tbh.

But I'd guess all the Traitors,and make the final and win :smug: . I'd have a sprinkle of Jaz's strategy of biding my time but more polished & strategic .

And I'd have someone better opposite me in the final , with their wits about them ..... than dozy Mollie . Someone who isn't goo goo eyed by another cocky Harry .Sounds like most the faithfuls are once again thick as mince meat this year! .

I would say that it depends on the Faithful and what their position is in the game. Some of them are incredibly bad though.

It’s very easy for people to say they would nail it, but because we know who they are. But if you were actually in the situation you’d have no clue a lot of the time (watch The Mole and see if you can guess The Mole straightaway).

…I recall when Ellie was a huge favourite/choice for being the secret red traitor because it was said that it was a tall person and it was actually Fiona who was probably the shortest person in there…where did the ‘tall speculation’ come from, I don’t know but I have to say that in the end I just went with it…:laugh:…

I guessed the mole in the first season,but I admit it was between a few .

I would have suspected Rachel because she said she's had FBI training. That would have rung massive alarm bells with me. And the fact that despite her saying that, despite Fiona and Harriet, she's slipped back under the radar. No one suspects her and that would make me suspicious. I guess it's quite easy to say when you're not inside the game. People would think I was a traitor I'm sure. I don't trust anyone straight off the bat, I'm not naturally gregarious and if I don't like you straight away I'll probably never like you and make no effort. I just can't fake it with people I don't like. Consequently, week 1... "Livia, you have received the most votes and are banished from the castle".

Rachel seems to have been blessed with inhabiting a blind spot. I swear she could swank in wearing her Traitor Cloak, and everyone would compliment her earrings.

But based on watching, I don't know how good I'd be. A lot of the guesses seem to be based on "you blinked three times instead of seven when the third group of people arrive at breakfast" or "you hold that banana as if it's a quill" or other random stuff, who's to say I wouldn't do the same?

I wouldn't have guessed Stephen but I would be gunning for Rachel now without a doubt. Her FBI confession and her mention of notes about everyone would be a great reason for a Traitor to murder her... why this has not been raised I don't know.

I have a habit of thinking the sweetest, kindest and most unassuming people are secretly full of spite, betrayal and hatred. It's partly why I don't trust Ammi. :devil: So I like to think I would have cottoned onto Stephen and Fiona at least. In fact I did correctly guess Fiona was the secret traitor before her reveal.

I would have been so suspicious of Rachel's FBI claim. She's not American for a start. I'd be intrigued as to what she claimed her training consisted of, how long was it, did she take a sabbatical from work? Who trained her, exactly? A million questions but ultimately I think she's full of crap. People have swallowed it hook, line and sinker, while totally dismissing Harriet's points, dismissing her as being "like Hugo" simply because she once did the same job.

Roxy is very stupid. However, she makes a lot of noise and the others mistake that for intelligence imo.

Well you might have a point, because I think that If I was in the game when James gets banished, I think that my two prime suspects would've become Jack and Jade.

Them both switching their votes during the tie break would've made me paranoid about both of them.:joker:
