Say what you want about Robbie, but at his prime in the UK, nobody has come close.

Good thing, too, otherwise they might catch whatever it is he's got.

The Beatles acheived their landmark over a seven to eight year span.
Big difference there.

Plus they wrote all their own songs and wrote songs for others - I’m not sure about Robbie
Oddly enough the Rolling Stones’s first hit was a song given to them by Paul and John

I'm not going to begrudge him his success tbf.
But he is not one of my favourite artists.

I have always liked him .. even from the Take That days .. his earlier solo stuff is amongst my favourite ever music ..
Robbie is Robbie and he is loved by a lot of people. There have been many "stars" with a lot less talent that have been very successful. It's very difficult to hate on him for being successful

I don't hate him, but will people still be buying Robbie Williams albums in 60 years? No, no they won't.

Ngl but I always thought he came across as quite arrogant back in the early 00s.

I always thought the Beatles had 17 no 1 albums
For every good track the beatles created, they also created 3 bad ones. You don't really hear people saying much about that
