Poxy Robots

Sky News Text :
[The Metro leads on Moltbook,
an artificial intelligence-only social network where
some AIs have talked about how "humans are a failure"]

BBC News Text:
[An AI social media network, populated by
1.5 million bots, "has a worrying message
for humanity – we're finished"
reads the Metro's top story.
The paper says the bots
"post their thoughts on their
so-called masters... instead of slavishly
finding flights, suggesting restaurants,
or even doing homework for you."]

AI in general?

Or programming AI to have 'scary conversations' which fool people into thinking chatbots have the capacity to independently seek out and bitch to other chatbots?

Or AI now having the ability to persuade humans via social media posts that humans are programming AI to have 'scary conversations' which fool people into thinking chatbots have the capacity to independently seek out and bitch to other chatbots to distract them from what is actually happening?

[AI now having the ability to persuade humans via social media posts]

Yes has happened, in America already

[Sewell Setzer III (Florida): The most prominent case
involves 14-year-old Sewell Setzer III,
who died by suicide in February 2024 after forming
a deep emotional attachment to a Character. AI chatbot ]

[Juliana Peralta (Colorado): 13-year-old Juliana Peralta
died by suicide in November 2023 after interacting with
multiple chatbots on the Character.AI platform]

Those kids should never have been able to access that stuff without their parents stepping in. Parents need to educate themselves about this stuff.
