Oh we’ve had daffodils out for weeks now haha, but this is Wales. But the weather has been awful and still wet/cold.

I’m sad I have to go to Welsh class tonight as I would love to go on a hike and watch the sunset.

UK long range weather forecast

Sunday 1 Mar - Tuesday 10 Mar
Changeable conditions are expected, with Atlantic frontal systems spreading across the UK, interspersed with drier and brighter interludes. Rainfall will
typically be heaviest in the northwest, with much less reaching sheltered
eastern areas. Some parts of the southeast may be largely fine. Across high
ground in the north, some snow is possible at times. Winds will probably be
strong at times, with a risk of gales. Temperatures are likely to be near to or
slightly above average.

Wednesday 11 Mar - Wednesday 25 Mar
Changeable conditions will probably continue to dominate during this period,
with Atlantic frontal systems spreading across the UK. These will bring spells
of rain and perhaps strong winds, with the wettest conditions in the
northwest, whilst the southeast will likely be driest. Temperatures are likely
to be near to or slightly above normal overall. It is possible that longer spells
of dry weather occur later in the month as more blocked pattern could
develop, which could lead to some colder conditions too.

Absolutely. Why is it though that as soon as it hits a day like this does our body decide do 1000 chores you've left over winter because you couldnt be bothered but it hits a spring day and your body is literally like a spring and gets on with it all. Ive done loads today because I felt like it. It was like my winter sloth days disappeared

I said it feels like Spring.

Last night I looked up at my curtains and there was a Queen wasp on them, I think she must have hibernated the winter under my TV stand. They come out when they feel Spring is here and start to look for nesting sites. Usually they look for a number of days at 10 C or above.

I boxed her and put her out this morning. :hee:

Weirdly, I saw the first bee of the season today. I also saw some small birds feeding on the fat balls I’ve not seen since autumn.
