I like going for walks at the beach. My favorite thing to do. The more quiet the better.
Also going to the lake near my house in spring, it's so beautiful and peaceful:flutter:
In winter is going to the pictures :dance:

I seek the solace of Mr John Barleycorn

John Barleycorn was a hero bold,
Of noble enterprise;
For if you do but taste his blood,
'Twill make your courage rise.

'Twill make a man forget his woe;
'Twill heighten all his joy;
'Twill make the widow's heart to sing,
Tho' the tear were in her eye.

Then let us toast John Barleycorn,
Each man a glass in hand;
And may his great posterity
Ne'er fail in old Scotland!

I also love beaches .. especially when the waves crash in on a pebble beach and the sound the waves make going back out to sea , dragging the pebbles is mesmerising

Hike/walks in nature (mountains, woods, meadows, fields, beaches, lakes, rivers) with as few people as possible.

I also use a shakti mat and listen to mindspa, and have done since just before covid as it helps me calm my mind.

I love crashing waves, for some reason I find it really soothing.

Cant go on hikes. I'm so clumsy I'd be the first to slip :shocked::laugh:

Anything entertainment related tbh.

Plus I do find TIBB to be a great outlet for me, especially if I've seen something really strange on TV or Social Media, or heaven forbid even real life.:joker:

Exercise and getting into Nature

Should be every GPs initial suggestion rather than writing out a script

i've learnt to filter and avoid news. I don't view any social media etc. You really don't need to do much

If you have a chemical imbalance in the brain and by the time people go to the doctor things have got to that stage a precipitation will be needed

Yeah, not too bad thanks. Looking forward to some sun on my face, sick to death of the cold and wet! It's blowing a gale here today, at least I've been able to dry some washing outside. Swings and roundabouts, eh?
