View Full Version : Piers Morgan walks out mid-interview as HSTikkyTokky shares snap of his wife on air…
Piers Morgan walked off his own show following a fiery on-air exchange with influencer HSTikkyTokky.
The broadcaster, who fronts Piers Morgan Uncensored on YouTube, clashed with the content creator, real name Harrison Sullivan, during an interview about his appearance in Inside the Manosphere.
The Netflix docuseries explored the rise of online ultra-masculine communities and the figures at their centre.
Tensions escalated during a discussion about parenting, when Morgan challenged Sullivan over comments suggesting he would disown a child if they were gay.
Morgan described the stance as homophobic, telling him it was “as homophobic as you can get”, while Sullivan pushed back, insisting: “I'd call it good parenting.”
The exchange quickly became personal.
Morgan told the influencer he was “making yourself look like a bigger idiot than you did on the Netflix show,” prompting Sullivan to respond: “Oh really? To people like you sir, I don't mind that.”
Sullivan went on to insult Morgan directly and referenced his wife’s social media posts, as well as his name appearing in the Jeffrey Epstein files.
Morgan has previously denied any wrongdoing or meaningful connection, stating he only met Epstein’s associate briefly at a book launch.
As the row intensified, Morgan delivered a blunt assessment: “I watched the documentary and I think you're a ********ng idiot.
“I think you're a sexist, misogynistic, homophobic twerp, who got exposed in a global way by Netflix, by Louis Theroux.”
After further back-and-forth, Sullivan produced an image of Morgan’s wife, Celia Walden, from social media, prompting the presenter to end the interview.
Uncensored)
“You know what. I'm not doing this,” he said, before walking off set as Sullivan laughed.

…I have to say that I haven’t yet watched the Louis Theroux interviews and am completely ignorant to any knowledge of HSTikkyTokky…the first time I was aware of that name was when MTVN posted it a few days ago…

Definitely worth a watch Louis Theroux is brilliant
i think the problem is that the likes of Morgan have a lot to say to guests and he gets very aggressive while he does it, and he can't take it when an equally obnoxious person gives back as good as he gets
I personally don't like any of them, from whatever political side they are on
Definitely worth a watch Louis Theroux is brilliant
…yeah I really love his style and everything he does, I haven’t got around to watching this recent one yet though but I might get some time this evening…

That's the trouble with the Internet. It should be a wonderful tool to learn and share stuff. But it's used mostly to give the most stupid, most odious people a platform.
I like Piers most the time but this does show the flaw in his style. Louis is so disarming that he made HS look completely stupid without him even realising it. Louis was called all sorts in his doc - people saying he's a paedo, friends with Jimmy Saville, pro-genocide etc. He didn't react and that meant he was able to reveal far more about these people than if he had got into a shouting match
Piers decided instead to go straight in with the attacks and accusations which is fair enough but he can't then be surprised if it blows up in his face like this. If you wrestle with pigs you're going to get dirty. It was similar when Piers interviewed Nick Fuentes and it all got very infantile

But yeah, Louis style is so good, he's as nice as pie and allows people like the manosphere types all the rope they want to hang themselves

Louis gives people enough rope to hang themselves
And the way he asks questions of his own mind set adds to hid likability
Been a fan of his for years

…I thought that you’d misspelled piers there as pigs/I read it as piers when I was trying to tie it with Niamh’s post of loving it…I think that smudgie once made a Pier Morgan thread or some such title so TiBB does tend to have little affectionate names for him…

Yeah Louis lets them destroy themselves , he lets them dig their own holes deeper and deeper.
I haven't watched the manosphere yet ,some have criticised it for not delving deeper into the red pill toxicity. Apparently a BBC 3 documentary went more into details or something. But I think by sounds of it Louis still accomplished what he wanted to do with this piece of filmmaking.
If people want to hear more from the women affected or more about where this all started, then I think that would be a 10 hour documentary!, especially if we go in details of why and how misogyny is around. Or it probably needs another programe focusing on the likes of Potato head Andrew Tate who blew up in the red pill manosphere a few years ago .

This is a very succinct and good article about the documentary I feel. Theroux has been going for low-hanging fruit for some time now (and missing the point)..
To paraphrase Mohammed Ali’s famous quote about the Vietcong: no
manosphere loser ever crashed a plane into the Twin Towers. No manfluencer
ever blew themselves up on a tube carriage during morning rush hour. Ain’t
no Andrew Tate ever denied Afghan girls the right to an education. Ain’t none
of his followers stormed the Batalcan in Paris to slaughter innocent concert
goers. Now I don’t want to give the dudes of the guy-o-sphere a free pass
here: they are, without a doubt, noxious grifters monetising the insecurities
of troubled young men — and they absolutely deserve to be showered with
unrelenting disdain for that. But they are not the Muslim Brotherhood.
The manosphere undoubtedly has less influence on Western youth than the
Quran or the network of conservative imams that preach the Mecca brand of
misogyny from the countless mosques that have been artificially grafted onto
the European landmass like a Turkish hair transplant by decades of
uncontrolled mass migration. Even if we remove jihadis from the equation
here on the basis that they only represent an extremist fringe of the
community, we can confidently argue that a far more oppressive form of
misogyny is baked into Islamic dogma than Western patriarchy. But don’t
expect Louis to interrogate this anytime soon.

The fact that liberal journalists are more animated by viral Internet phenomena than
religiously sanctioned politics of domination reveals the extent to which they have ceased
to think clearly about political power. For me, this is the most valuable insight produced by
Theroux’s journey inside the manosphere.

What are you even saying anymore, do you want Louis to go to a warzone and put his life at risk ? . Because over the years there have been documentaries exploring various topics ,even Stacy Dooley has done journalism on Extremism & different cultures.
Ross Kemp is another example of someone who's been in dangerous situations.
You can keep putting your head in the sand all you want regarding the manosphere garbage, but whether you like it or not ...it is dominating in western culture. And it is influencing alot of young people growing up , especially young boys and men.
When you see kids as young as 10 years old saying & repeating derogatory phrases like
" fck the women" , then I think it's clear there's an big concerning issue.
Incels have gone out and killed women, simple because they can't take rejection from a woman! .
Potato head Tate himself is facing several criminals charges along with his bone head brother , involving violence against women & trafficking, but again you can keep denying it if you want.
The A holes in the red pill community are also scamming people with a fake ' get rich quick ' ,which is really a pyramid scheme con job ! . Louis tried their little experiment and lost most of his money, because these idiots are full of lies.

I hate to say it, but there's a reciprocal to this on the female side, especially in the grifting/"therapy" community. Some of it outright celebrates suffering of the opposite sex. You'll hear hateful rhetoric towards men on from that end and in seeing these mantras celebrated and being widely recirculated on sites like Tiktok, it makes sense it leaves a very bad impression on young people also (and vice-versa) and with no life experience to contradict it. Both sexes needs to step back up and take control of the culture in a positive way for things to change. Unfortunately, I think that job is left to the young people because they have more authority over these tools and how they're being used (for now). So much of this kind of content is so very "me" focused and dripping with narcissism. The content of it so very empty and yet so cancerous. It does tend to be widely rejected by older adults, by young people more willing to give the middle finger to the culture they're being handed. Which is perfectly reasonable I think as what they're being handed down is indefensible.
Actually what I think is more concerning is the state of our education system. People who can't read are going to have to rely more on video/AI and things being dictated to them more... that's troubling.

People with common sense knows not all men are monsters, but I think they get tired of having to keep saying " no not all men " . Usually from what I've seen people are talking of horrible experiences they've gone through at the hands of misogynist & abusive narcissistic men . I've seen videos where women are harassed, they politely decline or say they're already in a relationship...and guess what ? ,the guy or guys still won't take no for an answer.
Obviously anyone regardless of gender,if they have a irrational hatred for an entire gender and blame them all ,then that's unhealthy. But you can understand where some of these women are coming from...if it's from a place of hurt ,fear and exhaustion.
But the harmful and I mean extremely harmful rhetoric against women,is actually a lot more damaging. Especially when these twisted dirt bags had literal training classes on how to ' isolate women from her family and friends ' , how to ' control women and strangle them ' ... like wtf . And all this is out there as proof ... hopefully to be used in court if any of them ever gets convicted.
Well regarding education.... Thicko Andrew Tate apparently says reading a book is
" pointless", which explains a lot ! . I know for a fact some of them use AI to vomit out brain rot tweets.

I haven't even cited to you the content I've seen that would affect the framing and you've assumed a lot about motives (with details...) that these influencers must have some good basis. That shouldn't be the case, because someone is a woman or is a man and across the board many or a certain number have experience XYZ, that they can then justifiably spread their negativity to the rest of the world. Not only this, but also to engage in abusive language/rhetoric. That should be non-negotiable. Of course everyone has reasons. Still, narcissism looks and grooms for supply, so they're going to pander however will they will get to a fix. That's true male or female. So all that said, we assume far too much of other strangers online and that's not a good thing either. I'm old school in the sense I think a lot of the Tiktok stuff is a whole lot of nothing. We should go back to minding our own business just to be sensible and to stop equating other people's self-perceived narratives as being like our own or situations we've witnessed. There's always a touch of truth to everything to be deceptive.
Obviously if someone in our real life comes to us to confide, that's actually very different. We don't often really know anyone on here or on these platforms... so actual grifters can get away with a lot because the culture encourages a sense of familiarity with total strangers that borders on delusion in many cases. That's why I don't really see the point of getting too heated about people I may or may not agree with in the celebrity-influencer space. I think because in the end it's just reacting to impressions of that person. None of it is real as it's too choreographed and so our impressions are going to flawed. I might get little pieces of something from listening to people speak, but I remember they live totally different lives than me and so I can't assume we're operating with the same understanding of how the world functions... just as an example.
Rhetoric should be judged where it results in the audience changing their behavior and reacting in detrimental ways... it's actually irrelevant whether the person ranting and raving has a valid emotional reason for basically engaging in perpetuating a culture of hostility. I don't personally think someone whose whole thing is bashing others is a good source for getting "home truths". I'm not sure young people understand the difference because they've been handed such bad examples. I understand many are just looking for someone who seemingly relates to and can speak to their pains in their own lives, which is actually understandable... it just doesn't mean we listen to that person and internalize their entire story line as if they are ourselves. That's where the lack of boundaries starts to create a lot of problems because there will be would-be influencers who see the effects of these words that try to "double down"... that's being an influencer in a nutshell, really, which is all about doubling down on authenticity while tackling trends as it were and keeping the spotlight going.
