hi, just thought i would share this:
i emailed C4 to ask when BB will finish (i wanted to know if there was a BB10, because il be old enough to audition then), and they replied saying although that big brother has been commisioned for another 2 series, it all depends on the ratings, so even though they are set to go ahead, it doesnt mean that they will for definate.
this means no BB9:bawling:
plus, the following incidents cant have helped:
-jade/shilpa
-emily
-the charley/gerry situation

re the emily one, there were more complaints for her getting booted than there was her saying the word

and you know what makes it seem even more obvious?
there not building the new house anymore:bawling:
they said it was because it would be cheaper to remain where they are, but i just think its because they dont want to build a new house if theres not going to be lots more series:bawling:

Don't be pessimistic.
You forget that BB is still one of C4's highest-rating shows, even if the ratings are declining.

Big Brother has survived lots of things so far, i'm sure it can pull through again!

its not about the things, its the fact that the things lose a lot of fans (and ratings), and if the ratings are low, they wont make another series, unless they re-invent it hugely like BB5:joker:

I dont believe for a second that BB representitives even answered your ridiculous question. Stop lying kev.
I thought they had a contract with Endemol so they have to continue to BB10?
What a nice little 'just thought id share this with you all'. What a bunch of dogs scrotum. Channel 4 would never have replied to your email , let alone reply with so much depth and detail.

Pretty much this entire forum is blissfully unaware that their is such a thing as a contract termination.

i so how it lasts any way they have a contrackt that goes till 2010 that will mean that bb11 would be last one if they stick to contrackt
