Do you think they will put her in the HND with the new HM's as another ploy to keep her in?

DiscoGnome

Probably not.
There is no evidence that the HND will even be used for the new HMs.

They better not :cloud:

What would be the point they seem to be about to get rid of her in any case. They are just waiting for her to go off on one again and they will eject her from the house for aggressive bullying behavior.

If she goes or if she stays her days are numbered in the Big Brother house. The Charley show is nearly over.

BB bosses have been trying to keep her in though.

Red Moon
24-07-2007, 11:11 AM
But they seem to be losing interest in her.

They wouldn't have got her in the diary room to say they are watching her if they wanted her to stay or they were interested in the arguments continuing.

But it's like they are telling her to calm down. Why? Because then the public may like her more? It reminds me of the Jade Goody situation all over again (but obviously not as bad). She is being "advised" on how to handle matters. It's just a nother ploy.

Red Moon

But what would be the point of that to turn her in to a boring housemate with no entertainment value?

They would get more mileage from throwing her out of the house than keeping her in now or letting the public throw her out in a public vote. Also given the feelings she generates in people it being thrown out the house would be the safest option for her.

I can't see them turning around the sort feeling she has generated from the public.

If she does go this week, like people are talking about on the forum, I really wonder if they will allow a crowd there to see her go.

It's certainly interesting but I think they are planning something like the house nextr door to keep the show interesting when she goes. They can't come up with another ploy to keep her in as it will cause outrage. Sad to see her go though

Red Moon

I agree Sam if they did come up with something to keep her in she would just end up being more disliked by the public and people would start to turn off. She is going to go at some point so it might as well be this week.

Don't get me wrong, I can't stand the girl, but there has been some kind of ploy every week to keep her in (Fake week, Billis nominations discounted after he did them etc). This is the first time she is up for eviction and I definitely see a new game coming into play. Anyway - you're boring. You have no excitement in here. You are the most boring member in here. (resorts to Charley tactics :joker:)

lol they will put her in house next door come on its charley the producers love her

Red Moon

Can't see why anyone other than her family would love her. Unless one of the producers is a member of her family.

There is not much about her to like to be honest.

Well let's put it this way. Who do you think is the most talked about HM? Who causes the most discussion? Who do the public love to hate?

Red Moon
24-07-2007, 12:27 PM
But by telling her to quieten down in the house she just becomes another boring housemate.

The only reason the producers have for keeping her in is that she fights like a scruffy ally cat and they have told her to stop fighting. It what makes the public dislike her so much.

A boring Charley is just a waste of space in the house and other than flashing her bobs now and again. Causing trouble and talking about nominations is the only thing she is good at inside the house.

The thing is she won't be the most talked about now they have told her to shut up. She will just be another boring housemate. So they might as well let her go.

Mrluvaluva
24-07-2007, 12:55 PM
 I repeat (for the benefit of the tape) "Who do you think is the most talked about HM? Who causes the most discussion? Who do the public love to hate?" One word answer is all that is required!

Red Moon
24-07-2007, 01:01 PM
In the past maybe, but now we talking about the present and the future.

Like I have said before, now she been told to take a grip of her temper she is just a boring housemate and expendable as far as the producers are concerned. They will be more worried that she will lose them viewers in the final stages of the programme if she stays in the house.

Not so because she is still arguing. I bet if you count up the threads started about Charley they will far outweigh threads made on any other HM. I rest my case.

Red Moon
24-07-2007, 01:17 PM
I agree there is more threads about because she is disliked so much. That has never been in question and I concede that the producers like to she her on the screen.

But I still feel her time is up and the producers are getting bored of her. She is becoming more of a liability than an asset for the show. We have seen all the sides of Charley there is to see now and we are getting bored of her.

The Charily is having a go at housemate x threads are a real turn off on the site now. Her fights happen everyday and are not worth reading about anymore. Once you have seen one you have seen one you have seen them all. They are so predictable.

I agree. I can't bear to watch sometimes as it depresses me. I found a real dislike for Charley not long into the series, but I am going on past experience. Let's just wait and see. If it happens, no problem, I'll just come back and rub yer face in it init! :joker:

Red Moon

Well if she does go into any kind of house next door, then I can't see her going back into the main house again. The public wouldn't stand it and switch off.

Jack
24-07-2007, 01:27 PM
Honestly Charley needs to stay from an entertainment perspective. She's the villain of the series and not matter how much people dislike her, the ratings will drop after she leaves.

Of course they'd still watch it!

Redmoon, are you saying you feel Charley has "jumped the shark"? In which case I agree with you in some ways but she is still far more entertaining than the rest of the housemates put together.

Red Moon
24-07-2007, 01:29 PM
More than one housemate makes Big Brother. She would be missed for a while but the show would go on. There will be enough footage from the other housemates to keep the ratings up.

I disagree, I think only one housemate makes each series and is truly remembered in years to come. BB6 was Makosi, BB7 was Nikki and BB8 is Charley. It takes more than one housemate to make the series successful but there is only one true housemate that "makes" the series.

There is so much speculation on DS about her going into the HND. And so many threads.

Everyone has their opinions on who makes each series, for me BB6 was yeah it was Makosi but BB7 was Aisleyne

Yeah obviously people have their own opinions but in general if you were to ask the public what one housemate do you rember from BB7 most will say Nikki.

All three of them were really bad housemates and in one case one of those housemates ruined a whole Big Brother. Makosi was a compulsive lier, Nikki had serious mental heath issues and shouldn't have been on Big Brother and Charley is an argumentative she dog. All they they do is ruin a show once they reach there sell by date and Charley has reached her sell by date now and it's time for her to go.

Lets just hope they don't put here into some house next door.
