:hello:

Ive seen plenty of online sites wanting to start up an online big brother, i.e. where 12 'housemates' communicate via message boards or chat and then nominate each week just like in real life, but few ever work, because people forget about it, or it takes too long to find housemates.

Thats why ive come to this board, b/c im a big fan of BB and i think it would be really fun to have an online big brother sometime.

An example of the rules would include...

1) 12 housemates, 6 guys, 6 girls
2) A variety of ages, locations
3) 2 nominations each week, person with most nominations leave (as there wouldnt be enough 'public' to vote
4) Each person has to log on at least once a day and leave a message, also get to know eachother so they can have a good idea of who they ACTUALLY want out
5) It lasts for say... 2 1/2 weeks, nominations taking place every 2 days with the eviction taking place the next day, after wards that housemate wouldnt be able to post messages or use the chat

any thoughts on variations?

and more importantly, anyone interested in taking part or running it?

anyone even know of any online big brother's which are taking applications cos i think that would be cool to be in for a laugh

cool, glad theres finally some interest....

i think it would be pretty simple to set up, i mean all you'd need was a chat room or message board for people to get to know eachother, a website to state the rules and the housemates, and a person running it.

anyone else interested, have ideas or know of a site?

It's a nice idea Photo, but I think I'll pass. I'd probably be voted out first anyway.

well, here's a few ideas...

6 guys, 6 girls
i can create a website which will state the rules and give details of the housemates...
finally, we just need a way for people to communicate with eachother...
