I think who she's really angry at is Charley, but as Ziggy and Chanelle are easier targets she's letting out all her anger on them.

But what would be the point in that? Carole should have read up on the show before she went in. It's not about obsessive cleaning and going off on everyone that doesn't conform to her obsessive cleaning!

I'm not saying Carole's cleaning makes her the most entertaining, or anything like that, I'm just saying she is most definitely not losing the plot and is well within her rights to try and be the leader for these people. They clearly need some leadership.
