I'm all for Big Brother putting extroverts in the house, but i'm just wondering if they are really scraping the barrel with this latest bunch .. I've been watching the livefeed for the last hour , and 2 housemates in particular, namely Jonty & Shanessa look as though they should not have got passed the audition phase. I'm worried they will become figures of fun ( i've joked about these 2 on here, and I'm feeling a bit guilty) .. they are clearly "not all there" to put it mildly.
I'd hate this programme to become a freak show.

I think Jonty is a very easy target and will get the whole perv label and worse listening to a lady on bbbm.
It dissapoints me that the producers can't just choose normal people, I mean in all honesty if Jonty didn't act like a complete weirdo he would never have been chosen as we all know. There must have been someone who auditioned who were better character wise than him i.e someone who was funny but acted normal at the same time.

yeah, i heard that remark on BBBM glittereyes, .. I'm sure he's a very innocent harmless guy, but he's clearly open to ridicule. ( i've ridiculed him myself) Big Brother should have known that he will be seen as a weirdo.

I think in a way when you enter big brother you have to be aware of what can happen. For a man who collects teddy bears that isn't exactly manly and even his name I think he will be use to people laughing at him sadly. No offense to any "jonty's" out there but it is quite a name for starters. I don't see how he can be open about his lifestyle and not expect people to voice their opinions.

It seems to me that the people that are more funny/normal in their audition tapes are always the more entertaining.

I'd hate this programme to become a freak show. Your SO right. There is a major difference between extroverts and werdos. It really does annoy me when BB and people that watch doesn't see that! People really should try and think rationally about whether people really deseve to be liked.

I can't see either of them being picked, though. I think they'll opt for David and probably Kara-Louise. Although I'm basing that on how Amy was dressed when she went in more than anything else, because I've not seen too much of her since. She just seems more likely to get the thumbs down from the girls.
