She has a big bit on her forehead she's not done. She has it directly below the blonde streak, which quite frankly makes her look very wierd. (Kara is the one who seems quite posh)

thats not a tan, she is half black. That patch is a skin pigmentation problem, so is the blonde streak! Thats why you shouldnt criticize peoples looks

hahaha you idiot!!!!! She has a pigmentation problem, which is called vidalago or something.....how very rude tho assuming thats her tan

It's called Vitiligo, basically it means certain parts of the skin have no pigmentation and turn pale. It appears in random patches and she is actually quite lucky to have just the one (from what I can see)
